Guest guest Posted June 9, 2007 Report Share Posted June 9, 2007 INGREDIENTS: 1 organic onion large, finely diced 3 cup organic sun dry tomatoes; finely chopped 1/4 cup spring water 2 tablespoon organic extra virgin olive oil dash organic dill dash organic ground black pepper dash organic oregano dash organic basil METHODS: Heat the olive oil in a pan and roast the onion, cook until edges become brown. Add sun dry tomatoes and water. Add the rest of the ingredients, cover and simmer for 1 hour with very low heat. Do not burn or dry out, check every 20 mintues if some water needed to add. INGREDIENTS: 8 oz organic whole wheat spaghetti (thin) 3 cloves organic garlic; thin sliced 1/2 tablespoon organic extra virgin olive oil butter 1 bunch organic broccoli; chopped METHODS: Boil spaghetti in plenty of spring water for 5-7 minutes. Drain well set aside. Heat the olive oil butter with garlic, add broccoli. Cook for 5-7 mintues or until crispy tender. Set aside. Pour 1/2 tomatoes sauce toss with the spaghetti, keep stirring until sauce absorbed. Serve the spaghetti on a plate, spoon broccoli and the remain sauce, serve at once.
