Guest guest Posted June 8, 2007 Report Share Posted June 8, 2007 INGREDIENTS: 1/2 organic cauliflower; chopped 6 oz organic mushrooms; sliced 3 tablespoons organic extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling 2 large organic garlic cloves, minced dash organic dill 1 teaspoon organic lemon juice (optional) dash organic ground pepper METHODS: In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of the olive oil. Stir in the mushrooms, cauliflower and season with dill, garlic, pepper and 1/4 cup spring water. Cover and cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to moderately low and cook until the cauliflower for 5- 7 minutes longer or until just tender. Spoon the cauliflower and mushroom on plate, dash lemon juice on top, serve at once.
