Peanut Butter & Jelly, was High Fructose Corn Syrup and Hydrogenated Oils

This has been a problem for me. My kids love PB & J sandwiches. I was

buying the fruit only jelly and the natural peanut butter, but they eat

it so often that I can't afford to keep buying it. The grocery store

only sells little jars of the fruit spread, and we go through 3 a

week.

 

Any suggestions? Would there be larger quantities available at a

health food store?

 

Maybe I should try making my own fruit spread? Any recipes?

 

What about making my own peanut butter? Anyone with experience or

ideas on this, please share!
