Especially people who have been vegetarians most their lives who have a well balanced diet. I will post last weeks but don't laugh I do have kids and it is baseball season so it has to be quick. Steph Monday:Oriental Noodles (peanut sauce) with broccoli Tuesday: Quorn Ckn, baked potato with peas Wednesday: Peach Cobbler with Tempah Bacon and fruit (breakfast night) Thursday: Leftover night Friday:Pizza Night (Family night out) Saturday:Falafels with corn Luggage? Here's my menu for two weeks (I do major shopping on the first Wednesday and any fresh veggies for the 2nd week are bought the following Wednesday): Wednesday: Marinaded Grilled Tofu with brown rice pilaf (make double rice pilaf) Thursday: Stir-fry bok choy with soba noodles & tofu Friday: Veggie Chili with quinao pilaf (double recipe) Saturday: Roasted Veggie salad with Garlic and Rosemary (Moosewood Cooks At Home) Sunday: Curried Fried Rice (Moosewood Cooks at Home) & (Prepare for later in the week: double recipe - Mediterranean Lentil Salad (Moosewood Cooks at Home)) Monday: Leftover Veggie Chili and quinoa pilaf Tuesday: Mediterranean Lentil Salad Wednesday: Black Beans & Rice Salad (Moosewood Cooks at Home) Thursday: Fresh Tomato & Hearts of Palm Salad with bocconcini and basil Friday: Left over Black Beans & Rice Salad Saturday: Penne with Asparagus, Peas, Garlic, fresh rosemary & garlic (add a little olive oil Sunday: Zitti prepared with Yves' Veggie Just like Ground Monday: Leftover Curried Fried Rice Tuesday: Marinated and Grilled Tofu with brown rice pilaf Wednesday: Dilly beans with Greek Salad Denise ----- From : Steph[mrswalp29] Sent : 6/7/2007 10:26:39 AM To : ; vegetarianslimming Cc : Subject : RE: daily/weekly meals I find it very encouraging hearing what others are having for dinners.
