I find it very encouraging hearing what others are having for dinners.

Especially people who have been vegetarians most their lives who have a well

balanced diet. I will post last weeks but don't laugh I do have kids and it is

baseball season so it has to be quick.

I am so new to all of this. All of these suppers sound interesting

but I have no idea what they are, can you give me some help and tell

what they are and how to fix them or are they in the files?

thanks
