Guest guest
Having to stir them annoyed me as well. But after reading You On A Diet, I decided to get off high fructose corn syrup and sugar, so I had to buckle down and buy real peanut butter. I just bought the generic at a grocery store and kept it in the fridge. It never seperated. Can't understand why some brands seperate and others do not when they all have only peanuts (and some with salt) in them. My husband wont eat them, he doesnt like having to stir them and doesnt like them " cold " from being in the fridge. I compromised and bought the Skippy Natural. No refrigeration required, no HFCS, no hydrogenated oils. There is added sugar but it is WAAAY better than the other ( " regular brands " ) pnut butters out there. The ingredients are: roasted peanuts, sugar, palm oil (non-hydrogenated), salt. It says no trans fat *per serving* but I am wondering where any amount of the trans fat would come from? Guest guest
One trick I've read was to store it upside-down, so then the oil is at the bottom when you flip it back rightside-up. Makes stirring much easier. -Erin My new vegan cookbook (Vegan Done Light): http://www.zenpawn.com/vegblog/store.html , Shameless Flirt <lilacpatch wrote: > > Having to stir them annoyed me as well.
