Good question. My husband is allergic to wheat, lettuce, spinach, etc.

Eliminate those three (and you could add spinach as well) from your diet for a

week. Then add back one at a time, each for about a week. Wheat is usually

the biggest culprit. It is a lot less expensive to do it this way than to go

to an allergist, unless you are already seeing one. Some times the diets

need to be modified slightly or even drastically.
