Asparagus Spread

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

a bunch asparagus trimmings (tips reserved for a

salad)

1 handful fresh herbs such as coriander or chervil

1 small onion -- peeled and roughly chopped

2 teaspoons miso paste

 

Steam the asparagus for 3-4 minutes.

 

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

 

Transfer to a bowl and eat on the same day.
