Guest guest Posted June 6, 2007 Report Share Posted June 6, 2007 * Exported from MasterCook * Almond Pate Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 whole almonds -- (200 g ) pre-soaked in water overnight 75 grams pine nuts 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 clove garlic -- peeled and crushed 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil. Drain the almonds and then place in a food processor with all the other ingredients and 2 tablespoons of water. Blend until smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides during the processing. Transfer to a small bowl, cover and place in the fridge until required.
