Re: Re: O.T Raccoon Eyes

Dark circles under the eyes are often formed due to accumulation of toxins in

body. Dark circles under the eyes are a sign that your liver or kidneys are

carrying a toxic load. You've heard of eyes being referred to as " windows to

your soul " ? Well, think of your dark under eye circles as " windows to your

filtration system " .

Drink lots of water(8-10 glasses for an adult) and make sure your body is

eliminating wastes properly on a daily basis. It speeds up circulation and all

functions of the body work much better with plenty of water.

Do light facial massage to bring blood circulation to the face and eye area.

This also helps to move toxin along and out of the body.

Certain nutritition helps improved skin textures and sometimes brighter looking

eyes sometimes. These include flavonoids, found in hesperidin, rose hips,

vitamin F, bee pollen, royal jelly, vitamin B5 panthenol (or pantothenic acid),

gingko, chitosan, inositol B8, oatmeal (high in silicon), and most importantly

vitamin C in the form of sodium ascorbate, which is an alkaline form of vitamin

C. These all will help repair damage tissues and reduce allergies. Gingko helps

with microcirculation and thus repair.

Eat a well balanced diet of veggies and fruits with lots of fiber.

Get 7-8 hrs of sleep at least per night and more for children.

This I found very interesting and I am going to use my stainless steel pot to

boil water in from now on. Boiling that water in the old teapot, creates more

free radical metals, which could be tin, iron, etc. An easy way to tell is to

get a laser pointer and look at the lights passing through it. If you can see

it, more clearly after you boil it, then that is the source of heavy metals

which of course might be free radical metals and cause dark circles under they

eyes, because that is a sensitive part of your body and the skin is already

thin. Replace any rusty facets and copper pipes.

Use 2 T. of Black Strap Molasses daily. Read more about all the things it

helps with, including dark under eye areas..

Too much sun can also cause under eye circles. One additional cause is bone

structure: persons with deep set eyes sometimes appear to have shadows under

their eyes. An overproduction of melanin can also cause dark shadows under the

eyes

Here is a great article on dark circles. Well worth the read.

Hope these ideas help you.
