Mexican Dry Rub

 

2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon black pepper

2 teaspoons cayenne

2 teaspoons dry mustard

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon achiote (annatto seed ground)powder it's in

the Latin markets

 

Mix ingredients together well in a bowl. Store in a

tightly sealed jar in a cool, dark place.
