Guest guest Posted June 4, 2007 Report Share Posted June 4, 2007 @@@@@@ Cuz Fatima's Dried Rosemary Garlic Seasoning Mix 1 Tablespoon coarse salt (sea or koster) 1 Tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper (or white or red, but FRESH) 1 Tablespoon dried rosemary, ground and finely sieved (all spines, seeds, and chunks removed) 1 Tablespoon dried garlic, ground (or more to taste) Mix and store in brown/blue glass bottle out of sunlight. ChupaNote: I put everything in a coffe grinder I keep for spices, and whiz it to desired texture.
