RecipeRequest: rice cooks slow cooked in oven Chupa

I did an advanced scan in the message files using the words, oven,

water and rice and I didn't see a recipe like you mentioned come up.

Hopefully a member will have one for you.

I looked around too Chupa and I don't see a recipe like that.
