But I thought I'd just drop in to say 'Hi'. I am a single mother of 3 and soon to be grandmother (scary). I love eating raw, fresh and organic but am new to it. I do eat cooked foods, but 9/10 meals are vegetarian. My son doesn't do dairy at all because of allergies. Quick question, my daughter who is 7 months along in her pregnancy needs more calcium...(don't we all?) All I can think of is Broccoli and Kale.. Anyone have other ideas?
