Ingredients: 1 1/3 cup sifted organic whole wheat flour 3 tablespoon organic extra virgin olive oil 1/3 cup organic pure honey 1 organic brown egg; large 1/2 cup organic no fat sour cream 1 teaspoon organic vanilla 1/2 teaspoon oragnic salt 1/2 teaspoon organic baking soda 1 teaspoon organic baking powder 1 cup organic walnuts 1 cup organic chocolate chips organic oatmeal crumbs: 1 cup sifted organic whole wheat flour 2 tablespoons organic brown extra fine sugar 3 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil 1 cup oragnic oats 1/2 teaspoon organic salt Combine all ingredients together. Methods: Cream olive oil and honey until light and smooth. Add egg; beat until fluffy. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir sifted dry ingredients walnuts and chocolate chips into the creamed mixture. Chill for 1 to 2 hours. Place small balls of dough dip in oatmeal crumb. Lay each ball of cookie dough onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove to racks to cool.
