Guest guest Posted May 30, 2007 Report Share Posted May 30, 2007 Ingredients: 1 medium organic broccoli; cut 2 tablespoon organic extra virgin olive oil 2 cloves organic garlic; finely chopped 1/2 medium organic onion; finely chopped 8 oz organic white mushroom; finely sliced 1 teaspoon organic lemon juice dash organic ground pepper for taste dash organic dill Methods: Heat the oil in a flat pan. Add the garlic, broccoli, mushrooms, onion and saute on high-medium heat for about 5-7 minutes or till they are very lightly fried and glossy. Add lemon juice, dash pepper and dill for taste, cook for another minutes. Serve immediately. Tips: The secret of a good stir-fry dish lies in the fact that the vegetables should be crunchy-cooked and not overcooked.
