Orange Spinach Salad

This is a delightful summer salad. The dressing recipe makes plenty.

It is a guarenteed winnner at a potluck.

 

 

Orange Spinach Salad

 

1 cup small orange slices, such as mandarin, cut in half

1 handful of romaine lettuce leaves

1 handful of spinach leaves

1/2 cup green grapes

1/2 cup green onions or 1/4 cup wweet red onion

1 cup alivered almonds

 

Dressing

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/8 cup honey

1/2 tsp celery seed

1/4 cup freshly exgracged orange juice

1 1/2 tbsp freshly extracted lemon duice

a few graing of fry mustand (optional)
