Organic Whole Wheat Muffins (Low Fat & Sugar)

INGREDIENTS:

 

2 cups organic whole wheat flour

1 cup fat-free organic plain yogurt

2 organic eggs (reduce cholesterol, you can use one egg or 2 egg

whites instead)

1/3 cup organic pure maple syrup or organic honey

1/3 cup organic extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cups raisin, walnut, chocolate (or anything you like)

 

 

METHOD:

Beat eggs, one at a time, stir in yogurt, syrup, baking soda, olive

oil and salt, mixed well and then stir in flour (1/2 cup at a time).

Put 12 muffin cups in the muffin pan.

1 tablespoon muffin mixture in each muffin cup, teaspoon in anything

(raisin, walnut, chocolate & etc) you like, spoon in another

tablespoon muffin mixture, then top with (raisin, walnut, chocolate &

etc) you like...

 

 

425F 15 minutes OR 400F 10 minutes turn it lower 350F another 10

minsutes...

Serve: 12
