Guest guest Posted May 27, 2007 Report Share Posted May 27, 2007 INGREDIENTS: 1 cup organic oats 1 cup organic whole wheat flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 tablespoons organic pure honey 1 tablespoon organic extra virgin olive oil 1 cup organic no fat plain yogurt 2 cloves organic garlic; grinded METHOD: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grind oatmeal in a food processor or blender. In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, flour, baking powder. In a separate bowl, dissolve honey in olive oil then stir in the yogurt. Combine both mixtures and stir until a soft dough is formed, covered set aside for at least 30 minutes. On a slightly floured surface, roll out dough, cut dough into 12 pieces (regular) or 24 pieces (mini). Roll out each small dough and twists each dough 2-3 times to form breadstick.
