Guest guest Posted May 27, 2007 Report Share Posted May 27, 2007 INGREDIENTS: 1 lb organic dandelion greens 4 cups spring water 3 tablespoon organic extra virgin olive oil 2 organic lemon juice (lemons in room temperature) METHOD: Discard dandelion green roots; wash greens well in water. Cut leaves into 2-inch pieces. Boil 4 cups water, cook greens uncovered in boiling water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain greens well; set aside. Add olive oil & lemon juice while warm.
