Guest guest Posted May 27, 2007 Report Share Posted May 27, 2007 INGREDIENTS: 5 organic potatoes, boiled and pureed 1 organic brown egg large, room temperature 1 bunch organic green onion, finely chopped 1 cup organic grated no fat cheese dash organic ground pepper 2 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil for frying METHOD: Mix in a bowl the mashed potatoes with the egg. See how tight the mixture is. If it becomes to watery do not add the whole egg. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Use plenty of green onion. Work the mixture with a wooden spoon and shape it into small round balls. Coat them with organic flour and fry on all sides until golden brown. Do not burn the oil because this way the potato balls might burn on the outside and remain uncooked on the inside.
