Guest guest Posted May 27, 2007 Report Share Posted May 27, 2007 I marinated tofu steaks in this marinade and grilled them yesterday. Was superb and wanted to pass the recipe along. I basted a butternut squash cut in half with this also and roasted it in the oven. Mari Rosemary-Orange Marinade 1 1/2 cups dry red wine 1 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 2 tablespoons fresh or dried rosemary leaves 5 garlic cloves, minced ground dry mustard to taste 1 teaspoon ground black pepper salt to taste Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and whisk together until well blended. Marinate your tofu steaks for 15 minutes to 2 hours, and refrigerate. I poke fork holes in the steaks so the marinade can soak in. Double the recipe, and extra marinade may be stored in the refrigerator for several days. ______________________________\ ____Sick sense of humor?
