Dijon Mustard 1/2 t. dill weed 1 c. sharp cheddar, shredded 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped 1 2/3 t. Caraway Seeds pinch of salt 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 of a 17 1/4 oz. pkg. frozen puff pastry (1 sheet thawed) Preparation Combine egg, water and mustard; set aside. In separate bowl, stir together cheese, onion, dill, Caraway Seeds, garlic and salt. Unfold pastry sheet. Brush generously with egg mixture. Sprinkle cheese mixture lengthwise over half of a rectangle. Fold plain half over cheese, lining up edges and pressing to seal. Brush top of pastry with egg mixture. Cut pastry crosswise into 1/2 " wide strips. Twist each strip several times and place 1 " apart on greased baking sheet, pressing ends down. Bake in 350° oven for 18-20 min. or until light brown.
