Hi!

 

I wonder, could this recipe also me made with say Kale or

Swiss Chard? I know this would certainly change the flavor

but I have a feeling it would sure taste good! Phil

P.S. I love spinach, just wondering about alternatives!

Yes, Phil. I have made it with chard. Haven't tried kale yet but the

chard was very good too.
