Cilantro and parlsely in the spring and fall and a huge pot of basil all summer. Mint, oregano and sage I've added again this year. I love having it in pots on my patio, because I used is so much more often when it is close by to pinch off when cooking. Love all that basil for Italian dishes, soups and pesto.... etc........ I love to use Rosemary on steam fried red potatoes, in breads, homeade pizza crust, and other dishes.
