Hi. I'm Kim from Michigan.

 

While I can't say I'll ever be vegetarian (though my sister is), I'm a

carnivore that likes my veggies!! I joined to see if I could find new

ways to make veggies.

 

It's often during the summer when it's hot I make no-meat veggie meals

when fresh locally grown produce is in abundance.

 

So far I've found several yummy looking recipes and look forward to

making as many as I can this summer.
