I grow lavender and use it in many of the recipes I

have posted. I also grow pineapple sage and add to

teas and pasta recipes, it's delightful. I have a new

stevia plant and I use it in tea.

I grow lavender, rosemary, basil, sage, among the regular veggies like

tomatoes, cukes, squash, corn, peas, beans and peppers.

A nice healthy aloe crop is also growing and ready for harvesting for

juice and salves.

It is nice to get the really fresh vegetables during their seasons. My

MIL especially is happy since has been totally vegan for the past 52 years.

Basil (green and purple)

oregano

marjoram

2 types of sage

rosemary

tarragon

chives

scallions

garlic

parsley

cilantro

Mint

I specially love fresh marjoram, but yesterday I used a lot of the

parsley and mint (and a little of the scallions) to make fresh

tabouli, it was so good. I also use mint to make mojitos, I use

rosemary in marinades and grilling potatoes, fresh oregano anywhere

one would use dried oregano, and of course, basil for pesto, and

also for pasta and pasta salads. Cilantro in mexican dishes (it

repells pests so we put it around tomatoes). I love fresh herbs.
