Use as any other non-gluten flour, just add about 1/3 or 1/4 of it to

regular wheat bread to make a multi grain bread. You can also

probably use it in batters, pancakes, cookies....just remember flours

made from non gluten grains will not rise, so unless you want a very

dense end product, you need to mix it with wheat flour.
