Shot in The Dark

Here we have Shop-Rite Grocery stores. At their deli counter they have a salad

(they use many names) that is different colored peppers, onions, Zucchini and

yellow squash. It looks like they have been ever so slightly grilled. They are

in a very light dressing (marinade?) and that is what I'm looking for, a recipe

for the marinade. Hoping someone has it. Thanks
