I felt that I should post a week myself..so here is what I have been doing so far. My biggest problem is that being kosher, we don't mix meats and dairy...and I live with my parents while I am landscaping their yard and dad is a carnie. Cheesy Potates, Salad, green beans Meat (-less) taco's with all the fixings (I use that new 40% less salt taco seasoning) V-8 soup, hard rolls ( if you want the recipe let me know, its great and easy) Large salad, with all the fresh vegis and such, whole wheat bread Black bean chilie, sour cream and cheese and croutons, cinamon rolls Stuffed twice Baked potatoes, cheese, mushrooms, etc, salad Soba noodles with lots of vegis. Ok...I also eat a ton of fresh fruit during the day. But thats my " basic " week. Thanks again everyone for some great idea's !
