Guest guest Posted May 19, 2007 Report Share Posted May 19, 2007 Feta-Dill Dip Filled Pepper 1/2 cup light cream cheese, softened 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or 3 tablespoons chopped green onion tops 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, to 2 1/2 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 large yellow bell pepper, for serving Combine all ingredients except bell pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well. Cover; chill 30 minutes or up to 8 hours before serving. Slice top off yellow bell pepper and remove and discard seeds. Fill pepper with dip.
