Guest guest Posted May 19, 2007 Report Share Posted May 19, 2007 My mom got this recipe from one of her Raging Granny buddies and it's yummy. Cook it until it's way soft, about an hour. Peace, Diane Raging Granny Red Cabbage 1 head red cabbage (smaller size) 1 red onion,sliced,diced whatever a couple of apples, peeled and sliced 1 cup (or more) of white wine Sugar salt pepper Put some olive oil in a frying pan, throw all of the stuff in there, put a lid on and let it cook on low for as long as you like..........boy! is that easy or what!
