] OT, meat and blood sugars Stephanie

I personally don't know but I can tell you my sister

just fell off the veg wagon after 5 years for one

non-veg meal last week. She has been sick for 4 days,

stomach issues, BP went up, felt dizzy. She's back on

the wagon and feeling 95% better now.

I am glad she is back on the wagon. After not having meat for that length

of time, her body didn't adjust to it and it made her sick!! I'll bet she

won't do it again!!

maybe more the lack of fiber (that tends to keep BS even) than the

actually meat consumption that messed things up?
