Guest guest
I personally don't know but I can tell you my sister just fell off the veg wagon after 5 years for one non-veg meal last week. She has been sick for 4 days, stomach issues, BP went up, felt dizzy. She's back on the wagon and feeling 95% better now. Guest guest
I am glad she is back on the wagon. After not having meat for that length of time, her body didn't adjust to it and it made her sick!! I'll bet she won't do it again!! Guest guest
maybe more the lack of fiber (that tends to keep BS even) than the actually meat consumption that messed things up? , Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: > > I personally don't know but I can tell you my sister > just fell off the veg wagon after 5 years for one > non-veg meal last week.
