Guest guest
After 2 months on a [vegan] + [oily fish 2-3 times a week] diet, my total cholesterol dropped from 265 to 163 (without meds). That was two months ago. I expect the cholesterol to drop further. That got me to thinking that either humans are not designed to eat flesh, or perhaps the additives, antibiotics and hormones (and who knows what else) the poor captive animals have introduced into their bodies are harmful to humans. I don't have the desire to consume meat- like substitutes, or real meat either. What do you think? Norm
