Here ya go, Rachel. It is delicious and you will never belive you are

eating beans. I have seen recipes where they use other beans, but I have

only used black beans.

 

Chocolate Bean Brownies

 

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

3 eggs or eggbeaters I use eggbeaters...the cheapest kind.

3 TBS. Oil...I used the Canola/Olive mix

4 TBS baking cocoa powder

A pinch of salt

1 TBS vanilla

1/4 cup - 3/4 cup sweetener (I use Splenda)

 

Mix all together in a blender/food processor until puree. Pour into greased

8X8 cake pan...casserole

Stir in semi sweet chocolate chips and nuts (I didn't load it up with

either nuts or chips)

Bake 350 for about 30 minutes or until it seems to be set.

 

I serve this with frozen Fat Free Cool Whip.
