Guest guest Posted May 17, 2007 Report Share Posted May 17, 2007 Cumin Vinaigrette 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice 1 clove Garlic -- minced 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon ground Cumin 1/2 cup Olive Oil Salt and pepper to taste In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; whisk until well-blended. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.
