Guest guest Posted May 15, 2007 Report Share Posted May 15, 2007 Hippie Chews 1/2 cup granola 1/4 cup raisins 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut 1/4 cup honey Mix all ingredients with a fork until well blended. Chill for 30 minutes. Cover a plate with waxed paper. Roll into small balls. Chill for 1 hour and serve. Note-you can add some crushed nuts, dried cranberries instead of raisins, mini chocolate or white chips are good too.
