Favorite Root Veggies QOTW

I love them all. I like to make " Root Soup " recipe is

in the files.

I also like potatoes and rutabagas boiled and mashed

together.

I love fresh turnips. Just wash them and eat them like an apple. You don't

even have to stop when you reach the green parts.
