Guest guest
I would make sure there's nothing else wronmg with me if the probiotics don't help. I use the same type Donna uses, the one serving can be split in two and it's almost $5. I use 2 containers a week. Guest guest
I have the identical problem you do, Katie--bloating and constipation, plus the pregnant looking stomach. It's impossible to fit into clothing sometimes. These things have helped me greatly: 1) Probiotics every morning 2) Regular exercise, almost daily 3) Lots of water 4) I eat small meals. In fact I can't really call them meals. I snack throughout the day and never eat more than a certain amount in one sitting. 5) I eat a high fiber, very balanced diet. I was vegan for over a year but can now finally have small amounts of dairy in my diet--it just has to be in serious moderation. I would keep a food diary and see if you can find any triggers. Dairy was and can be a trigger for me, as does large meals and any form of meat, which is why I initially went vegetarian then vegan, and now vegetarian again.
