I have found several recipes, but I'm hoping to hear from someone that has made it successfully and get their tips. Some questions... Make it from soaked raw brown rice? Make it from cooked hot brown rice with warm water? Grind up raw brown rice to make " Cream of Rice " and then cook with hot water? Add cashews to make it creamy? (if yes, do they need to be soaked?) I have a VitaMix and am hoping this will somehow help in the way of not having to strain through a cheese cloth. I'm also interested in other non-dairy milk options such as oat milk.
