My packet never comes with seasonings. Better not to

use it, probably full of MSG too.

Oh take those pockets and fill them up. A barley and

mushroom mixture is good and well as a seasoned brown

rice mix. You can also fill with rice and add some

slivered veggies like carrots, cucmber, colored bell

peppers and cucumber, then sprinkle rice vinegar over

the top.
