Guest guest Posted May 12, 2007 Report Share Posted May 12, 2007 South Sea Delight 12 large ripe bananas Juice of 2 large oranges ½ cup light brown sugar ½ cup coconut, shredded or flaked ½ cup fine bread crumbs 1. Peel the bananas and cut them in halves lengthwise. 2. Arrange the halves of bananas side by side in layers in a shallow buttered baking dish. 3. Mix together the juice of the oranges and brown sugar and pour over the bananas layers. 4. Combine the bread crumbs and the coconut and sprinkle over the top of the bananas. 5.
