Maureen Hemp and Pear Smoothie

It does plump them up and they blender smoothly. Now

you don't cook with hemp but this amount of boiled

water and placed in immediately in the fridge won't

hurt the precious oils.

I tried this recipe with fresh peaches and it was good

too!
