Could you elaborate as to what exactly that is? Is it a liquid that you buy

or is it in a specific food? I've been hearing a lot about pro and pre

biotic stuff. Thanks in advance.

Pro-biotics are dietary supplements that contain the good bacteria that your

intestines need to function properly. You can get cheap ones at a lot of

grocery stores that sell 'natural foods " , but they don't do much. The good ones

are more expensive and come refrigerated to keep the bacteria alive, but

dormant. When you change your diet the good and bad bacteria can get out of

balance, allowing the bad to grow and the good to die. Pro-biotics replace the

good bacteria. If your bacteria get out of balance it can cause a lot of

strange symptoms that you would never think would be related to intestinal

bacteria. A lot of skin problems, itch problems, hair loss, vision problems

and, of course, upset stomach and/or intestinal discomfort or bloating.
