Donna--grain mills

That's great to know--Thanks, Donna! Have you ever used one to mill

dried beans into flour? It sure would be nice to try the next time I

run across a recipe that calls for something like chickpea flour :)

PS I don't think I ever thanked you for your hemp seed nut

recommendation. I think my mistake when I first tried them years ago

was just eating them plain, but I *love* them on salads now-- Thanks so

much!!

I tried grinding wheat berries in my coffee mill and even letting it run for a

long time it did not grind it fine enough to make bread. It came out like a

course corn meal, not flour. I tried grinding beans and it broke the blade on

the coffee grinder. Ended that experiment.
