Guest guest Posted May 10, 2007 Report Share Posted May 10, 2007 Homemade Garlic Beans 1 lb of green beans 1/4 cup or butter or marg 1-2 garlic cloves Cook beans and then drain off the water. Put beans in a bowl and add the marg or butter. put a lid over them so the the marg or butter melt and mix well. Take fresh garlic and crush it and remove the lid off the beans and the garlic and mix and put the lid back on and let it finnish steaming while it sits on the table. About 5-10 mins. Serve while hot Enjoy. This is one my mom gave me but I also took a step farther. I cleaned and cut and boil some carrots. Do the same as above. Cook as many carrots as you like more or less.
