I used some green olives that needed to be used up instead of pickle relish and it is sooooo good. I kept tasting it as I went, if I don't watch out I won't have enough left for my bagel I plan to eat it with tomorrow. Thanks to whomever posted this recipe!! I usually hate dijon mustard too!
