Sunflower Ricotta 3c Sunflower seeds 1/2c water 1/2c lemon juice 1/2c chopped scallions 1/4-1/2c tahini 2-4 slices red onion, chopped 4-6 TBS chopped parsley 1-2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste) Soak sunflower seeds 8-12 hours, rinse and drain Process all ingredients in food processor including sunflower seeds, until smooth.
