Guest guest
me too...well, truthfully, I just want your mom to adopt me so I can learn her bread secrets. Though I've been having better luck with bread lately, my new favorite cookbook is 'The Bread Bible'. I've used the bread machine often for dough and just not had good success. I think partly because the machine is probably 15 years old, it may just be worn out. Last week I made the best French bread yet, not perfect but way better. Last night I made foccacia and it turned out pretty good even though I didn't have time for the 2nd rise. Amy ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
