Tartar Sauce 1 cup Mayonnaise, Vegenaise or Salad Dressing 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 1 large Dill Pickle, cut into pieces 1/4 small Onion 1 large Egg, hard boiled, quartered 1 Tbsp Capers, drained 1 tsp Chives, snipped Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until chopped. Chill and serve. Makes 2 cups. Lemon Tartar Sauce 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Vegenaise 2 Tbsp Dill Pickle, finely chopped 2 Tbsp Green Onion, finely chopped 1 Tbsp Lemon Peel, freshly grated 2 tsp Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Keep covered in refrigerator at least 4-6 hours before serving. Makes about 3/4 cup. Pink Tartar Sauce 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Vegenaise 1 tsp Dijon-style Mustard, grainy 1 Tbsp Burger Relish 1 tsp Lemon Juice Burger relish gives this creamy, flavorful sauce its pretty pink color. In small serving bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill until ready to serve. Yields 8 servings. Basil Tartar Sauce 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Vegenaise 1 Tbsp finely chopped Onion 1 Tbsp chopped fresh Basil 2 tsp chopped Capers 1/4 tsp grated Lemon Peel Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
