Soy Milk my Kids Like!

Hi! I finally discovered a soy milk that my kids like, so I thought

I'd pass along the brand/type.

It is West Soy Non Fat Vanilla Soy Milk. I found it at a health food

store, so I'm not sure if regular grocers carry it. It is stored on

the shelf, not in the refrigerated section. After you open it, though,

it does need refrigerated.

I have been trying for a couple of weeks to find a replacement for skim

milk. We tried a couple varieties of the Silk brand, but no one really

liked them.

I've really been enjoying the group's recipes and posts. A huge help

to us as we try to make the switch to vegetarian!

Thanks,

Kristie

Hi Kristie, I love West Soy also, and I buy mine from my local Super

Wal-Mart. Maybe if you have one close you could find it there and it

would most likely be cheaper than the health store. It's located in

the grocery section with the rice milk and health food bars. :)
